According to different raw material,we design suitable pellet plant process and equip with proper machines to meet the clients' needs.Normally a standard complete wood pellet plant contains:
1).raw material preparation
2).crushing process--wood chipper machine& hammer mill may be needed
3).drying--one layer or three layers rotary dryer may be neede
4).pelletizing--the horiztontal ring die pellet machine& vertical ring die pellet machine may be needed
5).cooling--pellet cooler may be needed
6).packing processes--ton bags or small bags packing machine may be needed
The raw material can be:
Rice husk,cotton stalk,cottonseed skins,weeds,crop stalks and other plant wastes,bean,corn,wheat,maize and so forth,especially low-bonding and unformed materials.The moisture of raw materials is 12-15%.

Crushing process - wood chipper and wood Hammer mill
In the pellet production plant,the best material size for supporting to produce pellet in 1~5mm,if your material diameter exceed that,then you need crushing machine to crush and grind them to small powder 1~5mm.our TF series wood chipper & SFSP hammer mill are the best choice.
After milled,the output size can reach 3~5 mm,then it is pushed to next step of the pellet plant to get dried and pelletized.
Drying process - Rotary Dryer
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 12~15%.Our rotary dryer is made up of burning stove and main rotary dryer which is high efficient in drying the wood and biomass material.It can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%.It is very important for wood pellet line to using moisture detector which will determine the most suitable moisture before pelletizing.
In our pellet plant, if raw material moisture is above 40%, we would advise using three-layers design rotary dryer.
Pelletizing process-wood pellet machine
Wood pellet mill is the heart of whole pellet production plant,capacity range from 0.5~20t/h,our MZLH horizontal type and MZLV vertical type are the best choice for large scale pellet plant.
Cooling process - Counterflow cooler
Usually after pelletizing,the temperature of wood pellets is between 60~80 degrees and the moisture
content is close to 15%.For storage purposes,a cooler must beused to reduce their surface
temperature and the moisture content,also help screen good and pure pellets.It is very important in pellet plant too.
Packing process - Packing machine
After cooling process,the wood pellets will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp, the packing process is very necessary. The packing process is effectively handled by our Semi-Auto Packing Machine. nromally it is the last step of pellet plant.

1. What is the type of your raw material? And what is the size?
2. Raw material moisture content? You can use moisture meter to evaluate it.
